Data
Where does the data come from?
Official registries that publish contact details: Connecticut's business registry, Norway's Brreg, Finland's PRH, Denmark's CVR and Belgium's KBO, each read every day. Emails come from the filing itself or from the company's own website.
How fresh are the leads?
Companies appear the day after they register, once they have an email. Each lead stays for a month and shows how far it is into its first week.
Which countries do you cover?
Connecticut, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Belgium today. We add a registry only when it publishes a company's own contact details.
Do you include sole traders?
Registries list some sole traders. They are hidden by default and you can show them with one switch in the feed.
Enrichment
Where do the emails come from?
From the registry filing, or from the company's own website when the filing names it. We never guess an address or take one from a directory.
What are officer profile matches?
On Pro and Team, we look for a public LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or X profile that names both the officer and the company. It is shown as a possible match.
Why don't I see every new company?
Only companies with an email reach the feed. We check the rest again over their first month and add them when an address appears.
Outreach and compliance
Can I export to my CRM?
Yes. Export a CSV from the feed, with usage tracked against your plan.
Are the AI drafts ready to send?
They are a starting point. Review every draft, keep claims truthful and include an unsubscribe option before sending.
How do removal requests work?
Anyone can ask to be removed on our privacy page. Removed companies and contacts are suppressed from exports and drafts.
Billing
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time from the billing page.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Exports or drafts pause until your next billing period, or until you upgrade.
