Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms explain what WeekOneHQ provides, what we expect from you when you contact the companies you find, and how plans and accounts work.
Fair use for everyone
The service
WeekOneHQ provides lead intelligence tools for business development: a daily feed of newly registered companies, contact enrichment, saved searches, CSV export and AI-assisted email drafts.
Lead feed
New Connecticut, Norwegian and Finnish companies with an email, refreshed on a daily schedule.
Enrichment
Websites and emails with confidence scores, where available.
AI drafts
Suggested first emails written from your outreach profile.
Exports
CSV exports counted against your plan's monthly limit.
Your responsibilities
You send every message yourself, so you are responsible for complying with the GDPR, Norway's Marketing Control Act, Finland's Electronic Communications Services Act, CAN-SPAM and any other marketing laws that apply when you contact leads surfaced in the product.
For Canadian leads, only use addresses WeekOneHQ shows as published on the company's own website, keep messages relevant to the recipient's business, and honour unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Before you send any message, make sure you:
- Have a lawful basis to contact the company
- Identify yourself and your business, with a postal address
- Keep every claim truthful and specific
- Include a clear way to opt out or unsubscribe
- Honour opt-outs promptly
- Respect any suppression shown in WeekOneHQ
AI-generated drafts
AI-generated email drafts are suggestions only. Every draft ends with your business name, postal address, website and an opt-out line from your outreach profile. You must review each message, keep its claims truthful, and keep that footer when you send it.
Drafts may contain mistakes. You are responsible for every message you send.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use WeekOneHQ to:
- Harass or intimidate individuals
- Scrape protected personal data outside permitted sources
- Resell raw registry feeds without authorization
- Send bulk unsolicited messages that break the law
- Get around plan limits or share your account
- Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
Plans and billing
Monthly plans
Plans are billed monthly. You can move up, down or cancel from the billing page.
Usage limits
Exports and drafts pause when you reach your plan's monthly limit and reset each billing period.
Data accuracy
Registry data is provided as published by each registry. Enrichment is best effort and every contact carries a confidence score. We do not guarantee that any company or contact is current, complete or reachable.
Accounts and termination
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Ending the service
You can stop using WeekOneHQ at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and let active customers know.
